Am I truly anonymous?
Yes! Your user nick is unique to you. As long as you don't give away clues about your identity, you remain completely anonymous.
Who can see my posts?
By default, they are open to all Krypost users. However, posts are mutually hidden between you and users you have blocked or who have blocked you.
What are Dreams and Thoughts?
You can share the details of dreams you remember before you forget them, or pour your ideas (thoughts) out to the community anonymously.
What should I do if I see inappropriate content?
You can report it by pressing the exclamation (!) mark at the bottom left of the post. Sentinel (Auto-mod) takes automatic action in dangerous situations.
My post was removed, what should I do?
If you think it was removed by Sentinel by mistake, you can appeal this action through the Settings menu.
Can I delete my account and posts?
Yes, you can submit a request via Settings > Delete Account. Please note that this action cannot be undone.
I have a suggestion or a bug report.
You can send them to us via the Settings menu. Your suggestions are very valuable to us!
How does Sentinel (Auto-Moderator) work?
Will my posts be lost if I delete the app?
No, your posts are linked to your account. When you reinstall the app and log in, everything remains just as you left it. However, if you perform the "Delete Account" action, all your data will be irreversibly deleted.
Why do I see badges/marks next to some users?
Special marks may be assigned by the system to express our gratitude to individuals who made special contributions to the Krypost community during its development phase.
How can I understand posts in different languages?
Krypost is a global platform. If you see a post written in a language different from your system language, you can instantly translate the text to your own language by clicking the "Translate" icon in the bottom right corner of the post.
Why can't I perform too many actions consecutively?
To maintain community quality and prevent spam (unwanted) content, we have daily action limits and short cooldown periods. This allows our Sentinel system to function more healthily and ensures a safe environment for everyone.
Can I change my username (Nick)?
No. To ensure complete anonymity and prevent name disputes on Krypost, you are assigned a random and unique "Nick" by the system when you register. This nick is your permanent digital signature.
