1. Service Description
Krypost is a social platform that allows users to share their thoughts (“Think”) and dreams (“Dream”) anonymously. Krypost is operated by independent developer Bableg. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", or "our" refers to Krypost. By using Krypost, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.
2. Account Usage
By using Krypost, the user agrees to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information,
- Maintain account security,
- Comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing illegal content, threats, or incitement of violence.
- Terrorist propaganda or child abuse content.
- Disclosure of personal data (doxing).
- Harassment, hate speech, or targeting individuals.
- Spam, misleading content, or copyright infringement.
- Attempts to undermine platform security.
Violation of these rules may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.
4. Anti-Spam and Automation Policy
The following are prohibited:
- Use of bots, automated posting tools, or data scraping via scripts.
- Bulk account creation.
- Artificial manipulation of platform interactions (e.g., fake likes/reports).
Action may be taken without prior notice if violations are detected.
5. Content Responsibility
Krypost acts as a hosting provider. The accuracy, legality, and consequences of all content shared on the platform belong entirely to the user who shared the content. Krypost is not obligated to pre-screen user content but reserves the right to moderate it.
6. Content License (Intellectual Property)
By sharing content on the app, the user grants Krypost a limited, worldwide, and royalty-free right to host, store, display, distribute, and technically process the content for the purpose of providing the service. The user retains ownership rights over the content.
7. Moderation, Sentinel, and Enforcement
Krypost utilizes an automated moderation system ("Sentinel") alongside manual reviews to ensure platform safety. Sentinel may automatically hide content based on community reports and internal algorithms. Users may appeal these automated decisions through the app, but Krypost reserves the final right to:
- Remove, hide, or reduce the visibility of content.
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts without prior notice.
Krypost has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.
8. Ad-Supported Service and Third-Party Features
Krypost is provided as an ad-supported platform. By using the app, you agree to the display of advertisements. Additionally, Krypost utilizes third-party machine learning tools for on-device text translation. Translations are provided "as-is," and Krypost assumes no responsibility for translation accuracy or any misunderstandings arising from them.
9. Service Interruption and Data Loss
Krypost is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, Krypost cannot be held responsible for service interruptions, data loss, third-party infrastructure issues, cyber-attacks, or technical failures.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Krypost is not responsible for consequential damages such as indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of reputation arising from the use of the platform.
11. Modifications to the Service
Krypost reserves the right to modify these Terms, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate the Krypost service at any time. Continued use of the app after terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Developer is legally established (Republic of Turkey), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Krypost service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that region.
13. Age Restriction
Krypost is intended solely for users aged 18 and over.
